The primary material of anti-climb wall spikes is typically high-carbon steel. After high-temperature quenching, it can achieve a hardness of HRC50 or above, offering excellent resistance to shear and bending forces, effectively withstanding strong impacts. The surface treatment uses a hot-dip galvanizing process with a zinc layer thickness of over 80 microns. This forms a dense protective film in harsh environments such as humidity and fog, significantly improving corrosion resistance and ensuring a service life of over 10 years. Some premium products are coated with a polyethylene layer over the galvanized coating, which further enhances weather resistance and prevents scratches during installation. The spikes are specially polished into a sharp triangular edge structure, which not only provides a strong deterrent effect but also prevents dulling after prolonged use.
