Anti-Corrosion Treatment: After rust removal, polishing, passivation, and vulcanization, an electroplated plastic coating is applied. The coating is fruit-green in color with a thickness of 0.6–1.6mm. Imported weather-resistant powder resin is used for the electroplated coating, providing enhanced aging resistance. The coating must be uniform and smooth, free of drips, excessive agglomeration, and defects such as missing coating and bare iron.
