The protective barrier is a foldable metal mesh box consisting of welded gabion mesh and geotextile, primarily used to protect military and industrial facilities. Its main function is to create a temporary protective structure by filling it with materials such as sand, stones, and others. This effectively limits the destructive radius of explosion blast waves, minimizing casualties and material damage.
Manufactured from high-carbon or low-carbon steel wire (Q195/Q235), it features a mesh opening of 76.2 × 76.2 mm and is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, or Galfan coating, ensuring high strength, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance. The foldable packaging facilitates transportation and enables rapid deployment and dismantling.
The barrier can be filled with sand, stones, or gravel, making it especially suitable for stone-deficient areas. Length ranges from 1.06 m to 30.5 m, height from 0.61 m to 33 m, available in beige and army green. Suitable for military bases, combat shelters, hazardous zone separation in industrial facilities, flood protection dam reinforcement, river management, and coastal protection.

The product must be manufactured from a mesh basket made of galvanized welded mesh. The mesh must be made from a rust-resistant alloy. The guaranteed service life of the mesh must be at least 5 years under environmental exposure and 10 years in storage.
The mesh panel is connected by a spring, which forms a circle. The mesh panel can rotate freely 360°, so during transportation it folds easily to save space.
A thickened mesh panel combined with a thickened geotextile forms a strong protective wall.
